KIM has always taken great pride in ensuring that students and staff have the facilities and space to deliver quality education. This new multi-billion building, about to be commissioned, is a clear testimony to KIM’s strategic infrastructure development. This building is not just glamorous and picturesque. It fully complies with all the regulations set by the building authority in general and the needs of a higher education institution in particular. The building to be inaugurated covers 5552square meters; has two levels (plus the ground floor); has 21 spacious modern lecture rooms; staff cubicles, lockers and offices (for over 50 staff); 2 computer labs with capacity for over 250 computers fully networked; a library and a 450-seater auditorium. The building has security and safety equipments (Security Scanner, CCTV and fire extinguishers, and escape routes).
